We know “spring has sprung” when the sap starts to flow.  Prince Edward County welcomes you to the centuries-old tradition of sap gathering and syrup production.  Each year our community greets spring with Maple in the County.  Over five thousand visitors and locals enjoy the sweet treats of March in this self-directed, two-day celebration, with pancake breakfasts, tours of maple bushes, sugar shack demonstrations, music, dancing, shopping, fine dining, family activities, and so much more.
