Dinner will be served in the Century Barn where you will be seated at harvest tables, lit by candlelight.
Each course will be thoughtfully paired with wines from the Grange Winery. Winemaker, Caroline Granger and her daughter Maggie will be there to share their experiences of making wine in Prince Edward County’s unique terroir.
The menu will be a 5 course “blind tasting” (chef’s choice). Chef Scott Royce will explain each course and its components in between courses.
